In this fun and creative hands-on class, you will learn how to make soft, flavorful sourdough focaccia and turn it into edible art. Using colorful vegetables, herbs, and other toppings, you will design your own beautiful focaccia while learning simple sourdough bread-making techniques.
We will prepare the sourdough dough and decorate it with ingredients like tomatoes, olives, herbs, and more to create a unique design. Your focaccia will go home with you for its final rise so you can bake it fresh in your own oven.
