This class is for all levels.
The yoga poses are designed to stretch and strengthen your body and mind. You will improve your focus and balance by continuing to practice each week. The tools of breath awareness, visualization, relaxation and meditation will also be introduced. Adjustments and modifications will be provided as needed.
