In this hands-on therapeutic art session, participants will create botanical reliefs by casting natural plants into plaster. Each piece becomes a poetic imprint of the season — a tactile symbol of beauty, memory, and letting go. As autumn leaves fall, we honor what we’re ready to release and what remains within us.
Art supplies, tea, cookies, music, and metaphoric cards will be available for deeper and relaxing work.
