Eleni teaches a lyengar influenced style of yoga emphasizing mindful breathing (pranayama) and structural alignment/poses (asana). These classes are good for beginners as well as intermediate students.
Above & right, Eleni demonstrates both salamba sirsasana (head balance) and parivrta trikonasana (revolved triangle) poses.
Dragon's Way Qigong®

In this program you will learn ten Wu Ming Qigong movements. When practiced regularly they have the ability to “clean-up” the body, and increase overall energy. These powerful qigong movements are easy to do, and can be practiced by everyone.
Edna is a certified Dragon’s Way Qigong® instructor, and a Life Force Tao of Medical Qigong student. She has been studying and practicing under the tutelage of Grand Master Nan Lu, a Taoist Qigong Grand Master, and the Founding Director and President of the Traditional Chinese Medicine World Foundation and the Tao of Healing in New York City.

When participants see a Zumba class in action, they
can’t wait to give it a try. Zumba classes feature exotic
rhythms set to high energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring. Participants enjoy the benefits of safe and effective strength training in a party atmosphere.
This is a low impact form of fitness and all levels of experience are welcome.

Below are your responsibilities for attendance.
Do not come to class if you do not feel well!
1. Sign-in – Name, phone, answers to health question must filled in.
2. Measure out 6ft personal space and mark with masking tape (small pieces are fine).
3. Wear mask until 6ft spacing has been marked and maintained.
4. Stay within your 6ft designated area at all times during class, unless mask is worn.
5. Try not to touch common surfaces
Hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes provided
All touchpoints, surfaces and tools will be cleaned before and after use.

Yoga Breath and Meditation
with David Podos

About the instructor:
David has been practicing yoga breathing,
(pranayama) and meditation for 30 years. Much
of his training comes from attending numerous
workshops at Kripalu Center for Yoga and
Health located in Stockbridge Massachusetts.
His approach to teaching is to bring a light and
fun atmosphere into any learning situation.
About the class:
The classes are for beginners who wish to learn
and practice yoga breathing for health, as well
as using the breath for meditation. Four yoga
breath techniques will be covered over the
three-week period. Long breath (often
referred to as yogic breath and or meditative
breath), alternate nostril breath, breath of fire,
and ocean breath.
Please wear comfortable clothing. If you have a
yoga mat please bring with you. For those who
prefer to sit, chairs will be provided.
For participants who might be pregnant, please
consult with your health care provider first as
yoga breathing involves using the diaphragm.
Furthermore, one of the yogic breath
techniques that will be covered involves rapid
nostril breathing (breath of fire) which might
pose a contraindication for those who may be
pregnant, or have high blood pressure. If you
feel you may have these or other possible
medical conditions that might pose restrictions
seek the advice of your health care provider
Please try to avoid eating a heavy meal before
class. Give yourself at least one hour for
digestion before classes commence. See you
